First Night and First Friday events

Hello everyone! First Night Missoula falls on Thursday, Dec 31, and First Friday is on New year's Day. Some galleries have decided to have openings during First Night ( on the 31st) , some on Friday the 1st, and even others have moved their monthly opening to the following week. We have made note of the dates below. We do hope you'll join us for First Night, and if you have any questions about your favorite galleries, give them a call to see if they'll be open. February looks to be a much more "regular" First Friday. We will return with the Printable Walking Guide then! Happy New Year!

The Art of RL Richardson

Come enjoy the black and white creations of RL Richardson. “I’m
intrigued by the mechanics of color and the mystery of a complete
palette. For this reason I have embarked upon an eclectic view of
art. Unable to satisfy my ideal in art I am forced to wear many hats:
Printer, Painter, and Sculpture. Though I paint in many colors to me
the contrast of black and white is the most satisfying. Black and
white encompasses the entire color spectrum and always renders a
complete palette. Let your imagination take you away into the realm
of color. This is but a small portion of my life’s work.”

Please join us for New Years Eve 1st Night, Thursday, December 31,
2009, from 5:30-7:30 PM for light refreshments at Computer Central!
